I am Luca Andreas Holder from Stuttgart, Germany. As a Data Scientist and Associate Consultant, I spend my days building intelligent systems and data pipelines — but my life gets its extra flavour from the gym, nature, and the kitchen. Strength training, cardio, and cooking are not just hobbies for me; they are a lifestyle.

I bring a goal-centred mindset to nutrition and fitness — tracking macros, optimising training loads, and making decisions based on results, not guesswork. I cook high-protein meals with friends regularly and believe food should be both nutritious and genuinely enjoyable.
